Vidaris, Inc.’s Peter Arbour to Moderate Panel at the 2015 Facades+ NYC Conference

New York City (April 9, 2015). Peter Arbour, Associate AIA, Senior Consultant at Vidaris, Inc., will moderate at the 2015 Facades+ NYC conference on Thursday, April 16th . Vidaris, Inc. is a leading consultancy firm that specializes in building envelope, sustainability, energy efficiency and code advisory services for high-performance buildings. 

Mr. Arbour will moderate the Thursday afternoon panel titled “Collaborative Futures: Emergent Trends in Façade Design and Delivery.” His fellow panelists will include Alberto de Gobbi, President at Permasteelista, Jeff Haber, Managing Partner at W&W Glass, Jeffrey C. Heymann, Regional Manager at Benson Industries, Inc., and Mic Patterson, Vice President of Strategic Development at Enclos. In his role as Moderator, Mr. Arbour will lead the discussion centered around the evolving relationship between façade designers and fabricators as a result of recent developments in architectural design and industrial  production. Discussion will revolve around the beneficial design-assist method that has become nearly standard for projects that are challenging or fast-tracked. The panelists will draw from their vast collective experience to talk about the intense teamwork required between the concept and execution of today’s
complex façade designs, and where the industry is subsequently headed.
