NYSERDA Multifamliy Performance Program's Partner Summit session: Financing for Multifamily Buildings.  This year’s Summit is filled with informational sessions where you can learn about the latest in technology, innovation, and best practices to grow your business.  But this year is also about giving you the answers you need—around our programs, New York State’s energy vision, and the future of energy efficiency in the multifamily sector—so you can confidently and enthusiastically move forward. 

Vidaris Principal, Carl Ian Graham, will be speaking at the session "Changes in the Energy Code" on Monday, October 26th, from 9:45 - 10:45 am.  The session will cover changes between IECC 2009 and 2012, ASHRAE 90.1-2007 and 2010, and discuss NYS and NYC changes to IECC 2012 and ASHRAE 90.1-2010. It will also introduce the 2015 IECC and ASHRAE 90.1-2013. The course will help participants understand how NYS and NYC Energy Codes are being enforced and what the future portends. The discussion will also include discuss new and existing building projects, and highlight issue specific affecting multi-family projects.
